Having a friend like Kay

If I had a friend like Kay I would be more patient about how they act and understand the illness better. I would also try to help guide my friend in the right direction. Being able to talk to them to get things off their mind would be the first step. I think being able to talk to the person would help comfort them while they suffer from a problem/illness.

I agree with your statement. In todays sociality everyone is ready to turn their heads and look the other way instead of facing the issues a person has in life. Kay had a lot of people that stood by her side.

i also agree. Most people are so judgmental about other people even if their different. Lucky enough for Kay she had a lot of people to help support her.

I completely agree with your post. It is difficult to conquer an illness like depression because it is so mental. I personally think that if Kay didn't have a support system like the one she had, it would have been harder and taken much longer to get past a lot of her problems.
